I share back to the rest of my team about how students are doing that are within my teaching groups at the time. Such as when I am on Maths and I identify the students progress and the ones who require some extra support.
I have visited 2 different schools this year on my PCT days. I have then reported back on what I observed as well as offering some ideas on how we could incorporate some of these new ideas into our programme.

ii. undertake areas of responsibility effectively
We have separated the class into 3 writing groups which we rotate round every 5 weeks. During this time I am in charge of the planning and recording of progress of these students.

We rotate through Math, Reading and Explore every 5 weeks. During this time we are in charge of the planning and data monitoring of all students within that topic.
